We were recently delighted to be sent images from one of our Exports customers of an installation they had erected in Belgium. The images speak for themselves, but display one of the many uses for our heavy-duty and highly robust Boss Hog Barrier system and thought we had to share.
The Boss Hog
The Boss Hog is a combination of an extremely sturdy single-piece hollow body, and an incredibly heavy duty base, which provide a completely stable temporary fencing system perfect for events and busy areas.
A crowd may be the last thing anybody wants to be in at this moment in time, so all controls need to created in order to ensure a safe and socially distanced environment.
In just over a months’ time the Boss Barrier will mark 7 years of great success within the Event Management sector. Having been the first of its kind manufactured from completely recyclable plastic, the Boss has become a staple product that has crossed the oceans to be found globally.
Manufactured from durable materials resistant to high impact forces, which are non-conductive, and contain no sharp areas that could cause serious harm, the Boss brings a modern touch to an outdated system.
Coloured in Black as standard with fully rotatable feet, the barrier can be branded with corporate identification, as well as the facility to hold signage & advertisement boards.

Bigfoot
The Bigfoot Cone is long established as the industry leader for Road Cones. It was the first two piece cone to be manufactured, and is the benchmark for Traffic Cones all over the world. The cone base is manufactured from recycled material, and can be coloured on request.
One of the most practical two piece cones on the market. The Mastercone has been dominant on the roads for many years. Incorporating the Melba Swintex high performance prismatic Starlux™ sleeve, the Mastercone is highly visible to all motorists.
The Starlite cone is a two piece cone, with it’s centre manufactured from virgin HDPE, and base from recycled PVC. The cone is 100% recyclable and is fitted with the Melba Swintex high performance prismatic Starlux™ sleeve.
Melba Swintex wishes to notify that the MPL Cone, a cost-effective one-piece Traffic Cone is no longer accredited with the Kitemark certification from the British Standards Institution, as of April 2018, and will therefore not bear any markings on the physical product. This affects both the MPL 750 and MPL 500.
