All products from Melba Swintex are manufactured from recycled material, or contain recycled material in some form, with a company wide ban on single use plastics. Cone Bases, Barrier Feet, Q-Signs, and Speed Ramps are just some products that are manufactured from recycled material.

PREVENTING PRODUCT HEADING TO LANDFILL

This process allows us to recycle any of our products at the end of their life cycle, which also enables customers to return products or make use of our collection service for any end-of-life products. Pallets of products are returned to the factory where they are cleaned, reground, and manufactured back into cone bases, fence bases, and various other products. This gives the material a new life.

We process over 350 tonnes of post-consumer plastic waste each week that is recycled into new products which play a pivotal role in the protection of workers and pedestrians within the Traffic Management sector.
