CityWall Red White Barrier with DoubleTop Products

Introducing the all New CityWall

A first from Melba Swintex and a first for the Traffic Management sector, the CityWall is a 2 metre Water filled separator with one key feature – an innovational twin-colour option never seen before in the industry, providing the ultimate brand identity on worksites and the like.

STRUCTURE

At 2m in length and 0.8m in height, the CityWall is suited to heavy-duty, long-term projects. With high-impact, ultraviolet, and all-weather resistance, the CityWall is capable to withstand the test of time.

JUST ADD WATER

Highly detailed strengthening features allow the blow-moulded body to withstand great pressures. This detail allows for the capacity of up to 250 litres, resulting in at least an additional 250 kg of weight.

FILLING

A heavy-duty cap found on either side of the body allows entry for a standard bowser nozzle allowing for a quick and easy fill.

EMBOSSING

Featuring our largest embossing area to date, either side can be branded with corporate logos and any additional detail required.

FIXING

7 points of connection using highly robust steel bolts guarantee strength and longevity of the CityWall.

COMPATIBILITY

If 0.8m in height isn’t enough, then the CityWall can be extended to 1.35 m and 1.8 m respectively via the addition of both the DoubleTop and Mini DoubleTop from Melba Swintex. Hole centres seen throughout the entire Separator range ensure compatibility amongst existing products. These two products also allow further customisation emphasizing brand identity throughout.

Our range of separators are ideal for creating that perfect divide and have been rigorously implemented up and down the country in aid of social distancing. Offering a complete range of varying heights, with self-weighted or water filled options, our range will suit your requirements.

ROAD ROCK

The Road Rock is a 15kg low-level, self-weighted base that easily connects both horizontally and vertically, whilst allowing angular movement. Think of a mini roundabout.

ROAD RUNNER

The Road Runner implements the same tail connection, however, is greater in height at 0.6m and features 2 heavy-duty wheels at the rear allowing for easier movability.

HOG600

The HOG600 is a water-filled, blow moulded separator capable of holding a whopping 55 litres of water and then some. If it falls a little short, the Mini-DoubleTop can be fitted to hit that 1m height.

BUDDHA

The Buddha barrier, aptly named for the belly, is a completely anti-trip water-filled barrier at 0.8m in height, and capable of taking the DoubleTop range. Reflective can also be added for greater visual indication.

WONDERWALL

The WonderWall, at 1m in height, this self-weighted barrier is a favourite within the street works sector. With various options for branding, and a tough strong connection, you are guaranteed to implement that social distance.

DOUBLETOP & MINI

The DoubleTop and Mini-DoubleTop add that little bit of extra height to a variety of the separator range restricting access even further.
