Originally both our Thor & Hammer barriers implemented steel legs and rivets within its construction. However, these unprecedented times have seen costs and lead times dramatically increase for metal, and we saw this as a key time to take advantage of the situation. We have developed our very own HDPE leg which provides the same high performance and strength, with increased safety in Barrier collisions.
